Tuition includes tastings, handouts, and a copy of a highly regarded publication, Cider: Hard and Sweet by Ben Watson. Must be 21 years of age or older.
About your instructor: Al is a board member and cider judge for the Great Lakes Cider and Perry Association, and a member of the U.S. Cider Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture (PASA).
