Introduction to Chanting

Learn a deeper, more meaningful form of meditation through chanting. This introductory class will teach participants about the seven notes, what they mean, and how these notes activate the seven chakras. Benefits of chanting include: relaxation, increased levels of energy, balance of soul and spirit, increased sensitivity of all five senses, and a more positive outlook on life. This art form has been around for thousands of years – come experience it and benefit from it!
