The Psychology of the Workplace Certificate is a 31-hour program that focuses on the essential skills for success in any organizational setting. This includes interpersonal communication, leadership, group behavior, coping with stress, and social psychology. Classes can be taken on-campus at Jamestown Community College or online through the SUNY Learning Network. Students may enroll in the program on a full-time or part-time basis. Classes are offered on a rotating basis so that each class is offered at least once every two years.

This program is designed for the following students:

•  Professionals who are interested in opportunities for advancement in their field as well as professional and career growth.
  
  
• Traditional students who are interested in adding a Certificate to their resume as they earn their Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree.

• The online program, in particular, allows busy professionals to pursue their educational and career goals without being hampered by family or work schedules.
