This career program is for students desiring employment in the expanding field
of welding and welding technology engineering. Graduates will have the opportunity to pursue careers such as welding technician, welding supervisor, inspector,
and sales engineer, qualifying for technician level positions involved in testing
and improving welding processes, procedures, and equipment. Graduates also
have the option of transferring to four-year institutions offering the bachelor's
degree in welding engineering technology.
