This career program provides students with the skills necessary to prepare for
employment in today's medical office. The program offers an education that will
prepare a student in automated medical office communications, medical termi-
nology, medical coding, medical transcription and medical insurance, along with
a broad background in liberal arts that will add to students' ability to develop
decision-making skills. Upon completion of this program, students will be able to
enter the job market or transfer to a four-year institution.
