Graduates earning the A.A.S. degree in Computer Information Systems will gain an understanding of the foundation of the system development life cycle for business-oriented and computer-based information systems. The topics involve the study of systems analysis, systems design, database management, computer and web programming. Other technical and business areas of study, with an emphasis on database and web development, will focus on the implementation of information systems in a variety of operational settings.
