The welding technology certificate is for students desiring employment in the expanding field of welding and welding technology engineering. Students will have the opportunity to pursue careers such as welding technician, welding supervisor, inspector, and sales engineer, qualifying for technician level positions involved in testing and improving welding processes, procedures, and equip- ment.
