The Psychology of the Workplace certificate is a 31-credit hour program designed to expose the student to applied findings from the field of psychology in order to prepare them for positions in human resources, personnel, management and supervision. In addition, the program will provide the student with interpersonal skills which will help them to be more successful in the workplace. The program may be taken by individuals currently employed in organizations who seek to upgrade their skills. In addition, students can give themselves a competitive edge in today's job market by combining this certificate with a two- year associate's degree from other areas.
