Textbook Policy

The Bookstore works hard to keep you current with the best information we have available on textbook requirements for all courses and on availability of used books. Prices and titles are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy

1. Textbooks must be free from any writing, stains, marking, or damage to the cover or binding. CDs must be unopened. ANY shrink wrapped package cannot be returned if opened.
   
2. No returns accepted for special order books or novels or other non-textbooks, regardless of whether required for class or not.
   
3. No receipt, no return. No exceptions.
   
4. You have two (2) weeks from START OF TERM to return textbooks for fall and spring semesters; one (1) week for summer sessions.

Book Buyback
The bookstore buys back textbooks at scheduled times during the spring and fall semesters. Generally, there is a 3-day buyback at the end of the semester (December and May) and a daily buyback (M-F) for an 8-week period starting in late September through November for the fall semester, and late February through April for the spring semester. Make sure that you are looking at the textbook list for the campus where you will be attending classes. Textbooks for the same course number may vary by instructor or campus location.

Textbook Reservations and Orders

The course materials reservation and order form is for use only by Warren Center students or by students taking courses over the Internet (SLN) classes. You can download this form for printing.

NOTE: If you are taking classes on campus at Jamestown, Olean, or Dunkirk, go to the campus store to purchase your books. DO NOT USE THIS FORM.
