SUNY Transfer Guarantee Program

Under the SUNY Transfer Guarantee Program, established in 1972, all New York residents who transfer directly from one of SUNY's community colleges with an Associate in Arts (A.A.) or an Associate in Science (A.S.) degree are guaranteed an opportunity to continue full-time study at a SUNY four-year campus.

Although the program will guarantee you admission to a SUNY four-year college, it does not assure admission to a specific campus or program.
