Campus Life ...

Welcome to the JCC Campus Life home page. The campus life program at JCC serves to enhance the quality of student life and the success of students through participation in social, cultural, educational and recreational activities. Students who are involved in cocurricular activities excel in their studies and graduate at a higher rate than those who are not. College isn't just about classrooms, books and libraries. College is also about making new friends ... joining clubs and participating in activities ... taking chances on new experiences and having fun. Get involved in student government, student clubs and organizations, campus activity board, athletics, intramurals, recreation and performing arts to enhance your educational experience at JCC and your future career.
The Campus Activity Board (CAB) and the College Program Committee are the two organizations that are responsible for bringing activities (speakers, artists, musicians, etc.) to campus. The CAB is composed of only students while the College Program Committee is composed of both faculty and students. Being involved in campus activities is a way to extend your learning to outside of the classroom, and everyone is encouraged to participate. Your college experience is what you make of it; make it an exciting adventure by getting involved!
