Research Assistance

For those conducting research, our reference librarians can provide assistance to patrons in any stage of their research project from the initial stages of choosing a topic and locating appropriate information to the final stage of properly formatting the works-cited page.

Reference Services

At most times throughout the day a reference librarian is available to assist library patrons in utilizing the resources available to them. If you have any questions pertaining to the use of the library and finding information feel free to ask the reference librarian on duty.

Classroom Instruction

Another important service offered by the library is classroom instruction. Instructors can arrange to have a librarian provide an instructional session designed to meet the specific research needs of their students. Sessions can be conducted either in the classroom, the library, or both. Library instruction is an excellent way to acquaint students with the library and the specific research tools needed in their area of study. For more information, contact the library.
