Student Banner Access

Students at JCC now have the ability to access their individual student records on the Web from a personal computer at home or a student lab on campus.

Currently, the items that you can access include:

• General Student Information
• View Holds  (library, immunization, academic, financial, FSA, accounts receivable)
• View Mid-semester   (Six-week Grades) and Final Grades
• View Academic Transcript  (unofficial)
• Registration Status & Add/Drop Courses
• Degree Evaluation & “What-If?”  (ex.- 'What if I change my major?')

Your student record information is confidential and is viewed by you through secure access links and screens. It is critical that you do not share or show your personal access information to others. Please change the PIN that you received in the Registrar’s office (counseling center) immediately and set your security question.

If you lose or forget your PIN information, please contact the Registrar’s office (counseling center). A new PIN will be issued to you. Please be prepared to provide verification of your identity to the Registrar’s office staff.
