Student Computer Accounts

Who is eligible?

All currently enrolled JCC students. A computer fee of $5 per credit hour taken is added to the student’s bill.

The college is not able to offer guest or courtesy accounts to community members or to students who are not enrolled for the current semester at JCC.

How do I get an account?

If you are enrolled in a class you have been issued a computer account.

How do I login/logoff a computer?

To Login:

• Press the CTRL-ALT-DEL buttons on your computer’s keyboard. The system will “reset” and return you to the screen below:
  
  
• Type in your username and password
    -Your username is your pin number, found in the upper lefthand corner of your student bill. The number is a 9-digit code beginning with "J00".
    -Your password is your birthday in "mmddyy" form. For example, if your birtday is January 8, 1985, password would be "010885".

To Log Off:

• Click on the "Start" button and choose the "Shut Down" option
• Select the option "Close all programs and log on as a different user", then click "Yes".
