Thinking about a career as a radiologic technician? Though Jamestown Community College does not offer this degree, students can prepare for entry into radiologic programs by completing general education coursework, such as English, psychology, anatomy and other liberal arts necessary for a degree in radiologic technology or radiography. JCC can also provide the background in math and science required for entry into vocational programs in radiologic technology.
Thinking about a career as a radiologic technologist? Niagara County Community College can help you reach your goal through our Associate in Applied Science, Radiologic Technology degree. The program is designed to prepare students to possess entry-level skills required of the radiologic technologist. The program is accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology. Graduates are eligible to apply for the American Registry Examination for Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and are recognized by the New York State Department of Health. Graduates must comply with the rules and regulations of the New York State Department of Health and ARRT prior to taking the credentialing examination.
