Career Path for a Librarian

Thinking about a career as a librarian?  This career typically requires a master’s degree in library science.  Jamestown Community College can help you get there through our Associate in Arts, Liberal Arts: Humanities degree.  This degree provides students with courses in English, literature, and other general education requirements, and is designed to transfer to a four-year institution upon completion.  Students should work closely with a faculty advisor regarding transfer planning.
