Thinking about a career in substance abuse counseling? These positions usually require a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, and some may require a certification in addictions counseling. Jamestown Community College can help you get there through our Associate in Arts, Liberal Arts: Social Sciences or Associate in Science, Human Services degree. These degrees prepare students for transfer to four-year programs in psychology, counseling, social work, or other related areas.
