Purpose: To build awareness for sustainability and to make the world a better place
The JCC Earth Awareness Club would like to once again offer the opportunity to support some wonderful conservation efforts through our Nature’s Vision fundraiser. Learn more about Nature’s Vision and view an online catalog.
The club will be fundraising through Nature’s Vision until February 21, 2014. Please contact Jan Bowman or a club officer with your order. Payment is due with your order by February 21. Checks are payable to "FSA-JCC Earth Awareness Club," and cash is fine too. As always, thank you for your continued support!
The club proceeds from our spring fundraiser efforts will be donated to:
- Monarch Butterfly conservation efforts
- Wetland reconstruction project in Illinois to improve drinking water and Gulf of Mexico water quality
- Sea Turtle Conservancy
JCC’s Earth Awareness Club promotes an increased understanding and appreciation of the natural world and its creatures, wise environmental stewardship, enhanced knowledge of important environmental issues, compassionate living, and local awareness and action. We are always looking for new members, so feel free to stop by a meeting.
